Citizens of the Russian Federation in Georgia should refrain from participating in rally against the law "On Foreign Agents", said the head of the Security and Anti-Corruption Committee of the Russian State Duma, Vasily Piskaryov.

"These days, Russians living in Georgia are massively participating in street protests against the Law on Foreign Agents. I advise Russian citizens to refrain from participating in such rallies, there is no need to abuse the hospitality of the Georgian people and turn it into a tool in the hands of external forces that are trying to destabilize the situation in sovereign Georgia," said Vasily Piskaryov.
